Refund and Exchange Policy


Overview

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since you have picked up, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds for processed or completed orders. We only offer refunds to orders that have been exchanged for products of lesser value.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All products are sold in perfect condition and cannot be returned for a refund.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
